Setting the course to carbon zero

Join us for a unique event focused on the decarbonisation of the commercial vehicle and road freight sector where you will have the opportunity to meet decision makers from across the sector to explore, investigate, inform and collaborate on the topic of decarbonisation.

There is much to do and the clock is ticking!

The decarbonisation of the commercial vehicle and road freight sector represents a major challenge for all those involved in the industry. For many companies, the move to a fully net zero vehicle fleet will involve significant transformation of their organisation and operation. If this industry transformation isn’t properly planned and executed there is significant risk of inflation and shortages.

This year’s event, held in Birmingham, will consist of two elements:

Day One (22 November) – workshop: We have organised a study tour to the Tyseley Energy Park, where you will able to witness first hand the range of refuelling services (HVO, hydrogen and electric charging) on offer, plus a review of the work going on at the Birmingham Energy Innovation Centre and discuss with the technical experts who are busy shaping the future products and services for the sector.

Day Two (23 November) – the main event: This year’s one day conference has the emphasis on interaction and discussion as we bring together a diverse panel of industry experts for a day of “Question Time” style debates. The day will be co-hosted by TV Broadcaster Clive Myrie and our very own Andy Salter, fast-becoming a leading voice on the topic of commercial vehicle and road freight decarbonisation. We’ll be discussing the big issues and you’ll be invited to participate in the session either by using our interactive Q&A platform or coming on stage to join the panel sessions.

We can’t wait to see you in Birmingham. Join us for what promises to be a very interactive and lively event and help shape the future of the industry. Places are limited so secure your slot to attend and also indicate whether you will be joining the study tour and the networking drinks reception on the evening of the 22 November.
